Plain English summary: SEVLAB is a personal blog. It does not use tracking, analytics, advertising, or collect any personal data from visitors. The only data processed is what your hosting provider (Site.eu) logs automatically — standard for any website on the internet.
01 Who we are
This website, SEVLAB (yoursite.eu), is a personal blog operated by an individual based in the European Union. For the purposes of the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, the operator of this website is the data controller.
02 What data is collected
SEVLAB is a static personal blog. It does not require registration, include comment sections, use advertising, use analytics services, or collect or store any personal information from visitors directly.
The only personal data that may be processed is what your browser automatically transmits when visiting any website — your IP address and request metadata — handled by the hosting provider (see Section 4).
Legal basis
Processing of server log data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests — specifically the security and proper functioning of the website.
03 Cookies
SEVLAB currently sets no cookies of its own. The site is static HTML/CSS/JavaScript with no sessions, logins, or tracking.
Google Fonts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font, Google may receive your IP address. Google states it does not use this for advertising. See Google's privacy policy.
Future analytics
If non-essential cookies are ever added, this policy will be updated and a proper consent banner implemented before any such cookies activate.
04 Hosting & server logs
This site is hosted by Site.eu, a European provider with servers in the EU. Their servers automatically record access logs including your IP address, request date/time, page requested, HTTP status code, and browser user agent. These are maintained for security purposes. See Site.eu's privacy policy. No international data transfers occur.
05 Your rights under GDPR
As a person in the EU you have the right of access (Art. 15), right to rectification (Art. 16), right to erasure (Art. 17), right to restriction of processing (Art. 18), and right to object (Art. 21).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Spain: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) — aepd.es.
Because SEVLAB collects no personal data directly from visitors, most rights apply to the hosting provider (Site.eu) regarding server log data, not to the blog operator.
06 Third parties
No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Third-party connections when visiting this site are limited to: Google Fonts (typography) and cdnjs.cloudflare.com (Markdown rendering library). Neither receives personally identifying information beyond what is technically transmitted in a standard HTTP request.
07 Children
This website is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. Contact us if you believe otherwise.
08 Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when new features are added (comments, newsletter, analytics). Changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be noted on the homepage.
